EASY STOVE-TOP MACARONI & CHEESE

Ingredients
16 ounces elbow macaroni
1⁄4 glass spread
1⁄4 glass flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 dash dark pepper
2 glasses drain
2 glasses destroyed cheddar or 8 ounces cheddar

Direction
Cook macaroni as indicated by bundle bearings.
In medium pan, dissolve spread over medium warmth; mix in flour, and cook for 3-5 minutes to shape a roux; include salt and pepper; gradually include drain, mixing admirably after every expansion.
Cook and mix until bubbly.
Blend in cheddar a little sum at any given moment until completely liquefied.
Deplete macaroni; add to cheddar sauce; mix to coat.
