He has been sacked from captaincy in 30 sec call from the Chief West ind cricket board.
Remember that Under the captaincy of Darren Sammy West ind won T20 world cup in present year by defeating England team. According to the selection committee Sammy is no more capable for captain seat and there is no place for him in Team too.
In his recent video on Facebook he said " West ind cricket is not because of Darren".
The selection committee is looking forward. I wish all the best wishes for the new Captain of the team.
He also said West ind team won two t20 world cups in my era of captaincy that memories are not forgettable for me. He thanked to the Coaches and his fans for the support and also said he is not retiring from T20 and one day matches. He will be seen in action t20 and one day matches. I was playing for West indies I will play for my country. :)
